A forest that nurtures talent

Nurturing human resources is similar to planting and cultivating a tree. You take on a 50 year commitment when you plant a tree. With human resources, you need to plan for 100 years. When I decided to build 'a forest that breeds talent,' many objected to my idea, saying that the investment period was too long. But those who love their country, plant trees. While you take a stroll through the forest that breeds talent, remind yourself that people are at the root of a company.
